Overview
Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and mercy service standards.
Qualifications
Education:
Master\'s degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field.
Licensure:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Other:
Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
