£38,000 to £45,000 FTE
Summary
We’re looking for a Practice Nurse to join our supportive Primary Care Team based on a corporate client site across Brighton and Burgess Hill. You will work under the leadership of the Senior Practice Nurse and Deputy Nurse Manager, providing frontline care to client employees in a primary care setting.
What You’ll Do
Plan and organise your own workload on a day‑to‑day basis.
Work closely with GPs, nursing colleagues and the client’s healthcare team, referring to the GP when necessary.
Provide treatment for client employees with minor injuries and illnesses, including onward referral to GP, in‑house GP or hospital emergency services as appropriate.
Manage your own clinical caseload, addressing patients’ needs in a primary care environment.
Identify and develop a plan of care, treating specific conditions in accordance with professional protocols and guidelines (PGDs) such as travel health and family planning.
Assist with primary care audits, staff training and development.
Support the Deputy Nursing Manager with IPC compliance throughout the service and corporate client sites.
Act as a member of the Infection Control team, ensuring support for patients and colleagues in adopting infection control measures.

RGN and current NMC registration.
Completion of STIP course or equivalent.
