Role Overview
Housebuildr – Appointment Setter (Sales Development)

Housebuildr is hiring disciplined, high-energy Appointment Setters to generate and qualify appointments for our sales team. This role is the front line of revenue and is designed for people who want a clear path into closing and leadership.

You will be speaking with homeowners, following a proven script, and booking qualified appointments into the calendar. No guessing. No freelancing. Just execution.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads

Follow Housebuildr-approved scripts and talk tracks

Qualify homeowners and book appointments accurately

Handle basic objections and control the conversation

Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

Log all activity and notes correctly in the CRM

Hit daily and weekly activity and appointment targets

What We’re Looking For

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Coachable, competitive, and consistent

Comfortable with repetition and performance metrics

Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly

Reliable schedule and professional attitude

Sales or call-center experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.

Compensation
Pay per set appointment with performance bonuses
