Position – A&P Mechanic (Rotorcraft / Helicopter)
Location: Rockwall, TX
The A&P Mechanic performs maintenance, repair, and overhaul of rotorcraft systems and components to ensure airworthiness. This role is ideal for mechanics with strong helicopter maintenance experience and familiarity with engine and component-level repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul on rotorcraft and helicopter systems
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair

engines and aircraft components
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
Remove and replace components as required
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
Document maintenance actions accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Other duties as assigned

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum four (4) years of rotorcraft / helicopter maintenance experience required.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
This safety-sensitive position may be subject to DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, including pre-employment and random testing.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of

rotorcraft systems and helicopter maintenance practices
Experience with

engine troubleshooting, repair, and component work
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering documents
Ability to perform maintenance with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to use standard aircraft maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
Ability to work outside of core business hours as required
