
Executive Administrative Assistant

Law firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive one-on-one support to our Managing Partner. This role is essential to managing the Partner’s high-volume schedule, client communications, and daily operations, allowing them to focus on strategic leadership and billable client work.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Proactively manage calendar, handling conflicting appointments and scheduling meetings.
Communication Hub: Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact, screening calls and managing email correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner.
Client & Team Liaison: Coordinate with clients and internal staff to schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience supporting a Partner, Managing Partner, or senior-level executive, preferably within a law firm setting.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with legal document management systems (prior experience in NetDocuments and Cosmolex a plus).
Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills.
