Role Description
New Health Chiropractic & Integrated Healthcare is seeking a full-time, on-site Chiropractic Technician in the Madison/Fitchburg, WI area. This role is hands‑on and patient‑focused, offering the opportunity to actively participate in the healing process rather than working solely behind a desk.

The Chiropractic Technician plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by assisting with therapies, guiding patients through care plans, and fostering a welcoming, upbeat clinic environment. This position works closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, a physician assistant, and a wellness coach.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with patient therapies, including MLS Laser Therapy and other treatment modalities

Support patients throughout their care plans and treatment journey

Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for patients

Prepare and maintain treatment areas to ensure a clean and organized environment

Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and medical records management

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless, high‑quality patient care

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for helping others

Positive, outgoing personality and ability to make patients feel comfortable

Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment

Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

Previous healthcare experience is a plus

Chiropractic Technician license in Wisconsin is a plus, but not required (training provided for the right candidate)

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare certifications are beneficial
