Job Summary
Perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in the field and ensure systems operate efficiently
Support a growing team by delivering high-quality work and professional service to clients
Responsibilities
Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site
Install HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to specifications
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
Provide professional customer service at job sites
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards
Qualifications
3+ years of HVAC or refrigeration experience
EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
Experience working with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field environments
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $32–$40/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (overtime opportunities available)
Location: Oxnard, CA
