Community and Lifestyle Lead
The Community and Lifestyle Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping an elevated residential experience at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This position is responsible for curating exceptional lifestyle programming and fostering meaningful connections that create a vibrant, highly sought‑after community for our residents.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Community and Lifestyle strategy that enhances resident engagement and supports the overall business plan

Curate and manage a high‑end annual calendar of exclusive events, experiences, and programming tailored to resident interests

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with cultural institutions, luxury and fashion brands, celebrity chefs, wellness professionals, artists, and other influential partners

Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and post‑event reporting in collaboration with Residences Management

Act as a local ambassador for Four Seasons, promoting the lifestyle, brand, and residences through strong personal and professional networks

Oversee all stages of event execution—from concept and proposal to on‑site delivery and post‑event follow‑up

Manage resident communications related to lifestyle programming via the Four Seasons app, newsletters, and digital platforms

Provide exceptional resident‑facing service, responding to inquiries, coordinating special requests, and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion

Coordinate operational elements including vendor access, deliveries, packages, elevator bookings, and collaboration with hotel departments

Maintain accurate homeowner profiles and ensure compliance with Residential Association rules, Four Seasons policies, and service standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle programming, events, arts & culture, or community‑building roles

Demonstrated success in event design and execution, including budget management and partnership development

Strong professional network across arts, culture, wellness, hospitality, luxury brands, and/or media

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across diverse audiences

High level of organization, creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
