Job Overview
The Interim Long Term Care Supervisor will oversee 24‑hour nursing operations for a 35+ bed department, managing approximately 40+ full‑time equivalents, and stabilizing staffing, scheduling, team culture, and accountability. The supervisor reports to the Director of Nursing (DON).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee 24‑hour nursing operations across a 35+ bed department.
Manage approximately 40+ full‑time equivalents, ensuring efficient staffing, scheduling, and teamwork.
Lead culture and accountability initiatives to improve safety, quality, and patient care policies.
Develop and conduct onboarding and training initiatives for the department.
Analyze current processes and implement improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Active Minnesota RN license required.
Available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑on Bonus : $1,000.
Salary Range : $145,000 – $155,000 annually, based on experience, education, training, and other considerations. A comprehensive benefits package may be available.
