Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to drive implementation of data processing, automation, and visualization solutions for clients. This customer‑facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver transformative solutions across diverse enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Solution Design
Partner with Business Consultants, Pre‑sales and Customers to understand business requirements and technical constraints.
Design and implement Nuix solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops.
Develop solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
Implementation & Deployment
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Nuix solutions.
Deploy and configure Nuix applications in Linux and Kubernetes environments.
Manage solution rollouts across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Ensure integration with existing customer systems and workflows.
Technical Leadership & Best Practices
Implement orchestration, automation, data pipelines and model fine‑tuning processes.
Establish monitoring and performance optimization frameworks.
Create technical documentation and implementation guides.
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases.
Customer Success & Support
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
Train customer teams on solution usage and best practices.
Identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases.
Travel Requirements
Up to 20% travel for customer engagements and on‑site implementation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Technical & Consulting Expertise
Prior experience in professional services or customer‑facing solution delivery.
Hands‑on experience deploying and managing solutions in Windows and Linux environments with proficiency in Linux system administration.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining web applications and supporting service layers.
Proficient in scripting with Python or Ruby.
Network performance tuning including SMB, NAS, storage infrastructure, RAID, throughput.
Application integration using REST APIs, preferably Nuix’s API ecosystem.
Familiarity with identity and authentication management (SAML, OpenID Connect, Okta/Entra ID).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and workflow domains.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Professional Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to learn new solutions and products quickly.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
Customer‑focused mindset with ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Experience in a consultative or customer‑facing technical role.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical expertise in eDiscovery, preferably with Nuix.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Familiarity with Nuix products such as Nuix Workstation, Automate, etc.
Location
Reston office, United States. Candidates must attend the office at least three days per week; remaining days may be remote.
