Responsibilities
Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
Your Contribution to the Team

Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
Focus on anticipating challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
Commitment to balancing project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skill And Experience
Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP processes and reports, and suggest best practices.
Hands‑on experience in working on Workday Cloud projects.
Experience in ERP Finance modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, payment, etc).
Experience on Workday Accounting Center.
Experience implementing IT/business solutions in Workday Cloud by building integrations, reports, and customizing business processes utilizing native Workday tools.
Preferred Skill And Experience
Experience working in teams on large and complex ERP projects.
Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor for industry best practices; desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams including technical, business, and management.
Expertise in providing consulting services to support all aspects of Workday Cloud system implementation, including business flow understanding and documentation.
Knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices, and experience in implementing projects in Agile mode; desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to the work/project location.
