Conducting and monitoring site inspections
Joining project and client meetings
Refining technical designs and documentation
Analyzing reports and specifications

Coordinate with all project staff, including other disciplines and teams
Supervise and/or participate in quality control checks, maintaining quality standards in all work produced, and/or reviewing designs and drawings performed by others.
Coordinate submittals and RFIs
Maintain project documents
Field experience with an understanding of construction change process is desirable.
Ability to review and understand Construction Plans and specifications is desirable.
Assist Construction Manager and Field Inspector(s) with their duties, documentation, reporting, etc.
To be considered for this 2026 opportunity, here's what you'll need:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
Successful completion of CMIT Exam, or ability to start the certification process within 12 months
Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
This position is located in Los Angeles, CA and candidates must be able to reliably commute to our field office in this location, per our hybrid working policy. Since this is a field position, candidates must also be able to perform light physical duties like climbing ladders, and work in a construction building environment.
