Hudson Cooper Search is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major ground-up residential project in Long Island City, due for completion in 2028. This role offers the opportunity to manage future ground-up projects across NYC, with a typical project range of $20m to over $200m. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project management within NYC, particularly in multi-family residential, mixed-use, and hotel projects. A competitive salary of circa $175k - $200k plus performance bonuses and benefits is offered.
