Join a GC/CM with a big pipeline of work, several large projects under construction, and more slated for next year.
Working with a Senior PM and Project Executive, you’ll be the second in command of a large ground-up residential project in Long Island City, due for completion in 2028.
Once that's completed, you'll manage ground-up projects across NYC, including multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. They'll typically range from $20m to $100m+, although current projects are up to $200m. This firm has strong, long-lasting relationships with active developers and multiple projects in the pipeline.
On offer
Base salary circa $175k - $200k
Performance bonuses

About you
Circa 7-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager working on ground-up projects in NYC, including multi-family residential/ mixed-use/ hotels/ affordable housing
Experience working on ground-up construction projects from start to completion
Construction-related degree preferred but not essential
