Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to perform corrective maintenance on machinery. The ideal candidate will possess skills in welding and/or manual mill and lathe operations. We are willing to train individuals who can weld and are eager to learn additional skills.
Responsibilities
Perform corrective maintenance on industrial machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting and control operations.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
2 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in welding and/or manual mill and lathe operations is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with PLCs is a plus.

The work environment is highly industrial, with a focus on manufacturing industrial grinding wheels. Machinery is older, and the shop is not clean. Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toe boots and safety glasses at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marysville, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr.
