Overview
Full-time experienced litigation paralegal is needed at a well-established personal injury law firm in Metairie, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
2+ years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Professional phone etiquette;
Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Outlook, Word and Excel;
Critical thinking and problem solving abilities;
Multitasking and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
Drafting and filing various pleadings in State and Federal Courts;
Ensuring perfection of service;
Prepare and submit discovery requests and responses;
Maintain firm calendar;
Heavy communication with clients.
Office Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
