Perform advanced injectable treatments:
Botox / Dysport
Dermal Fillers
Sculptra
Deliver aesthetic & wellness services:
SkinPen Microneedling / PRP
Laser / RF Treatments
Body Contouring (Emsculpt Neo, Emtone, Viora/Sinclair)
Pelvic & Sexual Health (Emsella)
Renulight (Full Body Red Light Therapy)
Medical Weight Loss
Peptides
Exosomes / PDRN
Conduct consultations that convert to treatment plans
Build long-term patient relationships and retention
Recommend packages, memberships, and skincare
Contribute to a high-performance, team-driven culture
Requirements
RN, NP, or PA with active California license
3–5+ years of injectable experience (5+ strongly preferred)
Strong consultation and closing skills
Excellent aesthetic eye for natural, balanced results
High integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Positive, team-oriented, and growth-driven mindset
Compensation
Full-time salaried position ($125-150k Salary)
Monthly performance-based bonuses
