POSITION:
Front Desk/Sales Associate
The purpose of the Front Desk/Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager. He or she is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients while driving membership and service sales. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
Requirements
A flexible schedule would be preferred but not required
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must have proficient computer skills
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
Must be able to make phone calls throughout the shift
Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
Greet clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and phone calls
Drive sales by converting inquiries into memberships or sessions
Educate clients about services, memberships, and promotions
Book intro sessions
Follow up with leads and prospects
Process payments
Assist with studio cleanliness and organizations
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
Support team marketing events (pop ups, health fairs, marathons, and community events) to promote the club
Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Commission paid on sales
