
Senior Loan Processor

Onsite in Richardson, TX - Mortgage Loan Processor. Take the next step in your mortgage career by joining a high‑performing lending team. We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who thrives in a production environment and enjoys seeing loans move smoothly from application through funding. In this role, you’ll process First Mortgages, Home Equity Loans, HELOCs, and Home Improvement Loans while serving as a key point of contact for members and internal partners.
You will own your pipeline end‑to‑end, clearing conditions, coordinating appraisals and title, issuing disclosures, preparing closings, and ensuring every loan is accurate, compliant, and on time.
Responsibilities
Review and clear underwriting conditions
Order and track third‑party documents (appraisal, title, flood)
Prepare and issue disclosures
Coordinate closings, funding, and ensure timely action on a high‑volume pipeline
Act as key point of contact for members, branches, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications
3+ years of mortgage processing experience (some outdated experience acceptable)
Experience with first purchase and home equity loans
Strong knowledge of Texas mortgage/home equity requirements
Familiarity with ATR, TRID, and Dodd‑Frank regulations
Experience with loan origination systems; FISERV Velocity/OSI DNA preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Onsite location in Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour.
