As a Personal Banker within PNC's Galveston Branch, you will be based in Galveston, TX.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions with technology and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role, including:

Work Experience: Typically 3+ years in a related role. An associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred, but a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education: No degree required.
Certifications: None required.
Licenses: Candidates will be subject to background checks as required by CFPB regulations.
