Transitions Manager - Remote - Wealth Management
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year.
Overview
The Transition Manager will play a pivotal role in transitioning Financial Advisors from wire houses to launching their own RIAs. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and advisors to ensure a seamless transition experience, leveraging your expertise to address challenges, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead transition initiatives for advisors moving from wire houses to RIAs.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor transition activities.
Provide guidance and support throughout the transition, addressing challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
Travel as required, including occasional weekends during transition periods, and spend one week per month in St. Pete, FL when not working on a transition.
Qualifications
Proven experience in transition management or project management within financial services, wealth management, or RIA operations.
Strong ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
