Transitions Manager - RIA Operations
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
Job Overview
The Transition Manager will play a pivotal role in transitioning Financial Advisors from wire houses to helping them launch their own RIAs. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and advisors to ensure a seamless transition experience, leveraging your expertise to address challenges, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction.

Easy study and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Remote Work & Travel
Remote role requiring significant travel: weekend travel during transition periods.
Expected to be in St. Pete, FL one week a month when not working a transition.
