Your role will be vital in transforming interest into action and helping homeowners embrace the power of solar!

$4,000 paid training over your first 8 weeks leading to commission pay

Potential commission earnings range from $500 - $5,000 per week, based on performance

SHIFT

Monday – Friday: 11am – 7:30pm

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners who had prior appointments or interest in solar

Conduct quality assurance conversations to understand the homeowner’s previous experience and address any lingering hesitations

Identify and address hesitations or challenges that prevented homeowners from moving forward previously

Re‑engage and reschedule homeowners with a solar professional

Support the preparation of solar designs and contracts

Maintain accurate records of homeowner’s interactions

Meet or exceed performance goals related to engagement, reschedules and conversations

Occasional visits to the office location for training and team building events – otherwise position is 95% remote

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age and HS Diploma

Professional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skills

Self‑motivated, coachable and driven to succeed

Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools – experience with Excel a plus

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods

Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills

Prior experience in customer outreach, call center or sales support preferred
