Single‑trade or bundled packages
Home upgrades with strong financing, clean pricing, and fast execution
What You’ll Earn
Weekly installs = weekly payouts. CRM, pricing, scopes, and support all handled in‑house.
Requirements
2+ years of in‑home sales experience
Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC
Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently
Self‑driven, professional, and results‑focused
4,000+ satisfied customers and growing
13‑day average install timeline across all trades
In‑house PMs, coordinators, and support staff
Daily coaching, trade training, and sales development
1 in 4 reps hit top‑tier income in their first year
