Position: Canvassing Manager Trainee
We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join our canvassing team! Start learning how to canvass and schedule appointments and grow into a supervisor role if qualified.
Responsibilities:
* Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows, doors and damage roofing
* Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows, doors, bathroom and roofing
Requirements:
* Outgoing and approachable personality
* High energy and money motivated
* Coachable and willing to learn
* Comfortable working outdoors
* Previous canvassing or door to door experience is a plus
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
Compensation
* Salary, Commission and Bonus (Earn $50K-$125K per year)
