Job Summary
We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, inspect our building for any damage, conduct regular maintenance and remodel work on apartment units. Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
Ensure work is done to the highest quality
Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
At least 3 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge in plumbing systems, electrical systems, flooring cabinetry
Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends for emergencies
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
