We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect properties for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
Repairs can include roof repairs, painting, and flooring installation, Basic plumbing, and electrical.
Keep a record of completed repairs and complete machine logs when serviced.
Participate in Safety Meetings and maintain a safety-first attitude.
Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Heavy Equipment Experience Preferred
Professional work ethic and commitment to safety
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Willing to learn new techniques for the manufactured home industry
Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
HVAC Experience is a plus
Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
