Senior Auto Insurance Claims Adjuster – Hybrid at AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve all types of auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages.
Use sound judgment to analyze claim exposure and determine the best course of action.
Manage claim expenses while ensuring favorable outcomes.
Work closely with all parties involved in the claim process.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Document and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently.
Review and provide training to less experienced personnel as appropriate.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in personal auto claim processing.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with technology and excellent communication skills.
Spanish fluency is a plus.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude and street smarts.
Superior skills in coverage analysis and negotiation.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree is a plus.
