Overview
Seeking a Senior Accountant for a commercial construction firm. This position offers a base salary of $80K-$90K and the opportunity to join a strong, growing team of professionals.
Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Performing bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and other account reconciliations
Maintains vendors and subcontractors W-9s, COI for GL & WC insurance, and prepares annual 1099s
Performing variance analyses and other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5 years’ experience as an Accountant
Proficient in scanning and Microsoft Office programs
Notary Public is a plus but not required
CPA is a plus
