Bilingual Recruiter – Construction Staffing
Structured Trades is growing quickly and looking to add a
high-performing Recruiter
to our team in Austin. If you’re currently in recruiting and feel capped, slowed down, or not being rewarded for your production — this is an opportunity to step into a role where

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a
full-cycle recruiting role
in a high-volume, fast-paced environment supporting the construction industry.
Manage recruiting from
sourcing through placement
Post and manage job ads (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Source candidates through
networking, referrals, cold outreach, and field recruiting
Conduct phone screens and interviews
Vet candidates for skill, reliability, and fit
Coordinate onboarding (backgrounds, drug screens, documentation)
Maintain accurate tracking in ATS
Manage multiple open job orders at once
Partner with operations and clients to fill roles quickly
Follow up with employees to support retention
What This Role Requires
This isn’t a typical 8–5 recruiting job.
Construction starts early — expect
7:00 AM or earlier check-ins
High volume of job orders and fast turnaround expectations
Ability to stay organized and move quickly under pressure
Willingness to be involved in the industry and community
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
recruiting (construction or skilled trades preferred)
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
Someone who can
think strategically and recruit beyond job boards
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Open to continuous learning and growth
Bilingual - fluent in spanish
