Contract: 5/1/2026 - 1/31/2027 (6–12 months, strong chance to convert)

What You’ll Do
Perform preventative & corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems (chillers, compressors, boilers, water systems)
Complete rebuilds, overhauls, and equipment improvements
Support installs, upgrades, and vendor work
Drive downtime reduction & PM optimization
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
Train operators and support team performance
What You Need
3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong skills in mechanical, electrical (single/3‑phase), pneumatics, hydraulics
Experience with motors, compressors, chillers, boilers, or water systems preferred
Ability to read schematics/technical drawings
Comfortable working independently and on a team
Open to call‑ins/shift coverage as needed
