Student Assistant – Registered Behavior Technician
Location: Athens Area
Position Summary
The person will work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and assist the lead full-time Behavioral Analyst in delivering behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes prompting and reinforcing communication, instruction of new skills, and implementation of protocols to reduce undesirable behaviors. The position also involves collection of direct observational data, input of those data into computer systems, graphing of those data, and communication about those data to staff and care providers.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Certification must be currently active at time of application.

FTE: 0.50
Schedule: Summer semester (May 12 – August 3). Clinic closed May 22–26 and June 29 – July 3.
