We are looking for a Components Clerk who can manage materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving materials, verifying accuracy, organizing inventory, and ensuring components are ready for production when needed. You’ll work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in identifying discrepancies, maintaining traceability, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal Candidate Responsibilities & Qualifications
Receive and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality
Manage and transact inventory using ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
Pull, stage, and issue components, bar stock, and sheet stock for production jobs
Process inventory transfers and support inter-company material movement
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and tracking
Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively
Ensure proper lot control and material traceability
Organize shelves, components, fixtures, and job materials
Move jobs between work centers to support production flow
Maintain clean and organized storage areas
Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels
Support Production, Quality, and other departments as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Willing to learn and grow
Good attendance and professionalism
Ability to read basic prints or inspection documents is a plus
Minimum High School Diploma/GED
1–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing preferred
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows)
Position Demands
Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and stand on a daily basis
Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc.
Comfortable working in a production environment
Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects
Schedules
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime possible daily and Friday
