Patient Service Representative (PSR)
to serve as the welcoming face of our clinics and a vital support to both patients and providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment, enjoys variety in their workday, and is eager to learn innovative mental health treatments.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors
Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and maintain accurate, confidential records
Support providers, clinical staff, and leadership with front-desk and administrative tasks
Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
Adapt to workflows across multiple clinic locations while delivering consistent, patient-centered service
Assist with specialized behavioral health services following in-house training (under physician supervision)
Specialized Training & Career Development (Provided In-House)
We invest in your growth by offering hands‑on training for advanced behavioral health services, all under physician supervision:
Urine Drug Screen (UDS) collection and processing
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
This is a great opportunity to gain experience with cutting‑edge treatments for depression and expand your healthcare career.
Schedule
Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Variable shifts:
Weekdays: 7:30am–4:30pm | 8:00am–5:00pm | 10:00am–7:00pm
Saturdays (as needed): 7:45am–12:30pm
Qualifications
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette
Experience with Insurance Verification processes
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Familiarity with Medical Office operations and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical office administration or related fields are beneficial
Must Pass Comprehensive Drug Screen and Background Check
Must have Valid Drivers License
Compensation and Benefits
$18–$21/hour, based on experience
