Parts Customer Service Representative
Location: Florence, KY

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1‑3 years of customer service or related experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read technical drawings and parts documentation (preferred)

Experience with ERP systems or order entry software (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and support portal

Verify customer accounts using serial numbers and registration data

Assist customers with machine registration and account setup

Document all customer interactions in the CRM/customer service system

Use technical documentation (part lists, assembly drawings, electrical diagrams) to identify parts

Provide quotes, pricing, and availability for parts and accessories

Enter and confirm sales orders and shipping requirements

Provide order updates, including shipping status and tracking

Coordinate with internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues

Assist customers with returns, repairs, and restocking requests
