Important Requirements
This opportunity is

100% commission-based

and requires candidates to have

capital reserves

to support themselves during the initial ramp-up period.

This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable betting on themselves and building something long-term.

What You'll Do

Develop and grow a personal book of business

Prospect, network, and build relationships in your community

Educate clients and present customized insurance solutions

Build systems and processes for long-term growth

Recruiting and leading a future team

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Commission-only compensation structure

300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)

Additional bonuses up to

$11,000+

Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to

3 years
