
Parts Counterperson

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Includes rotating Saturdays (average 1 per month)
The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts needs, ensuring accurate orders, and providing excellent service. This position plays a key role in keeping the service department running efficiently.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay: $45,000–$55,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: Includes rotating Saturdays (average 1 per month)
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians and customers in selecting and ordering parts
Process parts orders, returns, and invoices accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts inventory and availability
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians
Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock orders
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts systems
Automotive parts experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
