Position Overview
As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Middletown, KY at the Middletown Branch. This role focuses on delivering the best experience for customers, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and driving growth through proactive sales and service activities.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.

Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty and position PNC solutions.

Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, lobby engagement, and education on managing financial transactions.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss; participate in branch daily operations for efficiency and accuracy.
