We are currently seeking a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings.

Position Overview
This role combines exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful customer conversations, identifying financial needs, and connecting customers with the right solutions to help them succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively engage customers in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities for new accounts, loans, and other financial solutions.

Follow up with potential leads generated through branch activity, community events, or inbound inquiries.

Participate in outbound calling efforts to existing customers to share product updates, promote special offers, and strengthen ongoing relationships.

Maintain a strong understanding of financial products to clearly explain features and benefits.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing a positive branch experience.

Meet or exceed individual and branch referral goals.

Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Experience using customer relationship-building tools or willingness to learn.

Ability to present product information clearly and persuasively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Demonstrated success in a retail, financial, or service-based sales environment preferred.

Cash handling experience is highly desirable.
