
Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual)

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from high-volume recruitment of assembly workers to managing payroll and benefits.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for assembly technicians, warehouse staff; manage job postings on Indeed/LinkedIn and conduct initial screenings.
Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientations, safety training, and ensure all employment eligibility and background checks are compliant with Texas and Federal laws.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with the regulations.
Administrative Support: Assist the Plant Manager with office administration.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in HR, ideally in a manufacturing in Texas.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Texas labor laws and OSHA safety requirements.
Skills: Experience with Payroll platforms; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education: Associate degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
Bilingual Proficiency : Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
