Overview
Peak Workforce Solutions, (Newbold Services) is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties to support our facility in Fletcher, NC.

This position will require extensive use of Microsoft Excel as well as various other software solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office operations and have some recruiting skills.

Compensation And Benefits
$17.00 - $19.00/ hour plus commissions for procuring new business

Weekly pay periods every Friday

Paid holidays AFTER 6 months of employment

Essential Functions

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors

Customer Service with client and associates

Supports site leader and staff as needed

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Data collection of Key Performance Indicators on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Interacts with potential candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks

Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts

Coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements

Analyzes resumes accurately

Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques

Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments

Completes employment reference checks on candidates

Schedules candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers

Generates or identifies leads for new business

Requirements

Bilingual preferred

Proven work experience in office administration, recruiting, staffing, or a similar role (1 year or more)

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Outstanding time-management abilities

Ability to work individually or on teams as required

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates and clients

High school diploma or equivalent
