As we integrate the practice into the Annie family, we’re looking for an Operations Associate to help support our growing team and elevate operational efficiency across our clinics.
Role Overview
The Operations Associate serves as an operational leader who ensures the smooth day-to-day execution of clinic workflows—so Clinic Managers can focus on sales, performance, and strategic growth. This person will play a key role in the successful integration of the practice into the Annie platform, acting as a liaison between field teams and Annie Support Team functions. Fluent in Mandarin candidates are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee device maintenance, cash handling, daily deposits, and facility upkeep.
Own HRIS-based onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Maintain accurate inventory processes and supply chain ordering.
Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance and required documentation are up-to-date.
Manage clinic readiness, cleanliness, and client room preparation.
Coordinate with vendors for service, repairs, and supply deliveries.
Track and ensure completion of operational SOPs and checklists.
Set clear expectations for operations and foster a culture of accountability.
Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows and recommend solutions.
Support a team culture grounded in consistency, trust, and ownership.
Maintain accuracy and completeness in Zenoti system for appointments, staff, data, and client records.
Support Clinic Managers and staff in using Zenoti efficiently.
Troubleshoot or elevate Zenoti issues with good judgment and timeliness.
Ensure a world‑class guest experience that results in >4.75‑star average ratings across platforms.
Support dispute resolution processes professionally and promptly.
Encourage referrals and drive loyalty through operational readiness and service consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-unit operations, medical aesthetics, or retail leadership preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing).
Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation
$65,000‑75,000 based on YOE.
Competitive compensation including salary & bonus.
