Job Responsibilities
Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
Complete resident service requests and emergency on-call duties
Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Requirements
HVAC experience required; EPA certification preferred
Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and walk property regularly
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
