Quality Manager
to lead QA/QC excellence across our construction wind energy projects.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll ensure
construction quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
across all site operations.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the on‑site leader for all Quality activities
Train and coach project teams on drawings, specs, and QA/QC standards
Lead audits, inspections, and quality compliance across projects
Oversee NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
Ensure adherence to CJR quality systems and documentation processes
Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction progress
Manage closeout documentation, as‑built, and O&M manuals
Support and supervise Quality Technicians in the field
Promote a strong
quality + safety culture
across all teams
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (construction or renewable energy preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of
QA/QC systems, construction standards, and documentation
Ability to train, coach, and influence field teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with electrical construction standards (preferred)
Pay: Commensurate with experience
