Job Description

Lead IT budgeting activities, including budget development, capital and operating expense tracking, invoice coding/posting, and weekly/monthly reporting
2 direct reports supporting capital and operating budgets Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps)
Own cloud cost management strategy and oversee monitoring and optimization of cloud spend
1 direct report dedicated to cloud FinOps Vendor & Contract Management
Manage IT vendors, software licensing, and IT access management programs
1 direct report responsible for software and licensing management
Additional Responsibilities

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Lead IT business continuity planning and disaster recovery initiatives
Process & Policy Management: Develop, document, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and SOPs; deliver training to IT teams and impacted business users
Change Management: Serve as lead and facilitator for the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Audit Management: Coordinate and support internal and external IT audits, including documentation and responses
Value & Performance Management: Monitor IT performance, compliance, SLAs, and customer requirements; prepare leadership reporting, including LEM metrics
Survey Coordination: Lead IT related surveys (Epic, CHIME, AHA, etc.)
Technology & Risk Management: Stay current on emerging technologies and security threats; proactively identify and manage operational risks
Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to align IT operations with organizational goals
Issue Escalation & Resolution: Escalate and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize business impact
