Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator/ Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives for one of our Financial clients. This role functions similarly to a Scrum Master in terms of ownership, visibility, and stakeholder interaction, but without responsibility for Scrum ceremonies or Agile coaching. The individual will serve as a central point of coordination for delivery execution, owning Jira standards, translating business requirements, and ensuring work is clearly tracked and communicated. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable partnering with both technical teams and business stakeholders to drive informed decisions and consistent delivery outcomes. This role combines strong Agile leadership, hands-on Jira expertise, and executive-level reporting to ensure teams are aligned, risks are actively managed, and delivery commitments are met. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte, NC.
Skills and Requirements
Extensive hands-on Jira ownership experience (configuration, standards, boards, workflows, reporting)
Experience acting as a central delivery point of contact for business and technical teams
Strong ability to translate business needs into structured Jira work
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
Experience creating stakeholder-facing PowerPoint presentations
Strong business judgment with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams
Experience supporting delivery execution in fast-paced enterprise environments
Background working closely with product, technology, or operations teams
Experience establishing Jira governance, usage standards, or best practices
Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Exposure to Agile environments (no ceremony ownership required)
