Strong Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery, multi-team coordination, Jira/Azure DevOps, data-driven metrics (velocity, throughput), stakeholder communication, and workflow automation (Power Automate/Copilot).
Summary

We are seeking a

hands-on Scrum Master

to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficient execution. This role requires a

data-driven mindset , strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies:

sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Track and report

project progress, risks, and milestones

to leadership
Collaborate with

Engineering and Product teams

to manage backlogs and priorities
Support

multiple Agile teams simultaneously
Analyze

delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, capacity)

to improve performance
Implement

automation solutions (Copilot, Power Automate)

to streamline workflows
Drive

continuous improvement in Agile processes and reporting
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a

Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong

multi-team coordination and organizational skills
Experience with

Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong understanding of

SDLC and Agile methodologies
Ability to present

data-driven insights to leadership
Excellent

communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with

automation tools (Power Automate, Copilot)
Exposure to

Agile metrics and dashboards
Experience working in

fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
