Litigation Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston offices)
We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Litigation Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff and other litigation duties. Responsibilities
Prepare litigation cases for trial
File Petitions
Negotiate settlements
Perform legal analysis
Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree
Texas State Bar licensed
Must be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Research/Writing skills
Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology
