Entry‑Level Associate Attorney. The position offers immediate courtroom experience and training to become a prominent trial lawyer. You will work with clients from day one and receive support from a seasoned team to build a rewarding career in family law.
Responsibilities
Research, drafting and detailed case management.
Preparation and adjudication/litigation of cases, including hearings, trials, depositions and mediations.
Collaborate with associates and shareholders on complex family law matters involving substantial assets and business interests.
Meet clients, build rapport, trust and maintain case control.
Participate actively in the team culture, sharing resources and solutions.
Qualifications
Oregon State Bar license.
0–4 years of experience in family law, with exposure to custody, asset allocation and business litigation preferred.
Experience or exposure to courtroom settings (hearings, trials, depositions, mediations).
Strong organizational, communication, legal writing and research skills.
Creative, flexible advocacy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, seek help when needed and take full responsibility for work.
