
App Administrator/Platform Configuration (OnePlan or other)

Our client is looking for a OnePlan Administrator - Mid‑Level (3-4+ Years Experience), or similar tools to OnePlan - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Monday.com. This is a hybrid or potential remote position! Experienced administrator owning platform configuration, process enablement, and stakeholder partnership, with growing influence on PMO effectiveness.
W2 Contract - 6+ months with extension.

Key Responsibilities
Independently administer, configure, and optimize OnePlan to support portfolio, project, and resource management
Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes
Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel‑based analytics for leadership and finance
Proactively identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and process improvement opportunities
Lead onboarding, training sessions, and user enablement efforts
Serve as primary contact for vendor support, upgrades, and enhancements
Create and own platform documentation, standards, and best practices
Support cross‑tool integrations or downstream reporting (where applicable)
Required Qualifications
3+ years of OnePlan or enterprise PPM platform administration experience
Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data modeling)
Create new processes, handle testing and configuring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready messaging
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholdersExperience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance models
